Initiate Your Request
Log into your Artika account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the product in its original box with all mounting hardware, instructions, and protective internal packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
